Douglas Litrides (& the Keyes team) absolutely hit it out of the park! I was connected with Doug via the Homes for Heroes Program (thanks again for participating and giving back to our veterans). Doug helped me sell (remotely, I live in Washington DC) my first home in Deerfield Beach. After interviewing 5 different realtors, I chose Doug because of his construction/ remodeling experience, his genuine understanding of my priorities & his expertise in the local area. It was an as-is listing and he provided a very detailed Comparable Market Analysis that helped us agree on a competitive price to (hopefully) sell the property quickly. Jimmy was very professional, but also friendly and certainly helped me through all phases of the process of selling my home. I had absolutely no knowledge of what needed to be done or where to get help in completing that process. Jimmy located all the professionals and workman needed to help move out the tenant and get the house in order so it could be shown and attractive to a buyer. The whole process was completed in less than a couple of months and an offer made and accepted within days of being listed. I could not have done this on my own.

With 102' of waterfront & no fixed bridges, the purchase was a no-brainer for my Buyer who loves boating. A special thank you to this great listing team! Jimmy and Scott were excellent and I greatly appreciated their professionalism & flexibility in helping my Buyers get all the access they needed to the property in order to get a jumpstart on the quotes from contractors for the repairs, renovations, and additions. With two trusts involved and the Sellers on two different continents there was a lot of coordination needed to make sure everything went smoothly and we could close on time, and they did not waver in their commitment to getting things done properly, and providing me with all that my Buyers requested.

I was extremely pleased with the great job Steven Hungness performed as my realtor. I inherited a condo in Florida with my brother after my mom passed away. My brother had no place to live so he occupied the condo. He passed away a year later. We had a lot of problems come up and since I live in Texas it was difficult for me to handle those issues before and during the sale of the condo. Steve was informative, explaining everything to me and keeping me in the loop. He always got back to me quickly when I had a question or when we hit a brick wall (which happened often). I really appreciated the excellent job Steven did and I would highly recommend Keyes Realty and their team of realtors!
